Why New Dawn?
The name “New Dawn” represents a fresh sight of the point where humanity stands in the “now” moment. It holds space for remembrance of something we already know and has always been within us. It is a space for non-dual consciousness. Likewise, it means that in our darkest moment, the light already coexists. This opens a renewed sense of hope. As a society, we have reached a critical moment where we need to realign with the essence of who we are, to reconnect with nature, our authentic self, within our deepest truths and within all our connections. New Dawn is here to guide and to cocreate humanity into a new era of conscious living, where every individual’s potential can be fully realized.

About Brina Torkar
Brina Torkar is an internationally recognized artist, a visionary, an astrologist, a code architect, a student of non-dual healing practice, and founder of the Brina Torkar Painting School and New Dawn Institute. Brina has been dedicated to the path of self-discovery and transformation and has walked her own unique soul path since the age of sixteen. She was guided to hold the vision of New Dawn portal, and she is now recognized as a Voice of New Dawn. As a visionary, her work merges art, spirituality, and healing. She guides others toward authentic and creative self-expression and personal growth. Her unique gift is recognizing diamonds and pearls, as a soul gifts in every individual. She has the ability to activate human potentials and dormant codes. She holds the torch and passionately practices walking at the edge of known. As an astrologer, Brina offers profound insights to every human soul and helps individuals navigate their own soul paths. Her passion for creativity, connecting and transformation led her to co-create New Dawn Slovenia, a platform where individuals can explore their potential and connect with their higher purpose.
MY STORY - LITTLE GIRL
Even as a little girl, I was independent. Some people accepted me, while to others, I seemed strange. I found the most outstanding comfort among plants, especially animals. I adored all animals and loved playing with them most of all. I felt at home with animals, but I was timid with people.
Very early on, I became ill often—I had constant earaches, recurring sore throats, high fevers, and hallucinations. Again and again, I would return to the source, which I described as the Sun that wanted to annihilate me—that’s how I experienced that light. Time and again, I would disappear into the light in dreams; with every high fever and illness, I returned “home.” It wasn’t until I was eleven that I closed that door in a dream and “consciously” my soul decided to stay here.
Beauty has always been the force that moved me forward. Everything will make sense when I tell you that I took my first steps when my mother showed me a yellow dandelion flower while I was picking flowers. What happened? I stood up, walked to that flower, picked it, returned to my place in the grass, and sat down again. My steps into the unknown and over obstacles were usually completely unconscious, guided by my love for beauty, by something I was reaching toward or drawn to. Whenever the call of beauty came, the call of love, I followed it.
THE STORY OF MY CALLING
Very early, I became aware of at least part of my “mission on this planet.” As a five-year-old girl, when people asked me what I would be, I answered: I am a singer, a painter, and an animal doctor. I would spend weeks crouched in my creative corner, endlessly creating. I loved being in my safe world of creativity, where everything was alive, where there were stories, and at the same time, I had many children around me that I enjoyed playing with in the courtyard. I loved being a child—that part of childhood was beautiful to me, despite the toxic environment I grew up in.
It was simple for me to be courageous and follow exactly what I had dreamed of since I was little, without significant compromises. I committed to painting when I was 16. I wasn’t accepted into the art high school because I hadn’t prepared, but I found my way into art and eventually to the Academy. At 17, I decided to no longer attend school and to paint instead. And so I painted and painted—and sold all my paintings at that time. This gave me strong self-confidence.
Another public experience came when I was 17 and worked on the radio with children, where I overcame my stage fright and spoke live on air. These early experiences helped me realize that the system was senselessly structured. When I was 16 and disappointed that none of my teachers were “spiritual teachers”—like Yoda in Star Wars—I decided to become that kind of seeker by following my heart. The Codes of the Sun guided me. I looked into the Sun and received a strong message that I must follow my heart. And I did. I am going on my path from nothing, alone, apart from my family at a very young age. It was hard to explain to others what I was going through. During my teenage years, when I dropped out of high school, I was truly isolated and lonely on my path. So I returned to school and completed my studies, earning a master’s degree at the Academy of Fine Arts. I received several awards for my art in painting.
There, I found my refuge—with expressing myself authentically, through art, this was actually welcomed. This was one of the safest and most beautiful periods of my life. I was very successful and happy.
During my final year of master studies, at the age of 28, I discovered psychological astrology, which I had longed to study since I was 13—there was no school for that at that time. I believe astrology, human design, gene keys, and similar systems exist to help us support, understand and navigate the souls that are arriving on this planet. Not having the teacher I wished for is probably the main reason why today, I hold space for others to reveal their own gifts within them, and practice to master and develop them. And this is as well the reason I created a different kind of painting programs. The essence of my programs it so help discover the essence of each soul and to support them to trust themselves and start living their dreams.
THE CALL TO THE HEALING AND THE SPIRITUAL PATH
About 12 years ago, after the death of my grandmother, I began to confront a relentless inner pain. I had felt a deep sorrow for years—my own and the collective’s. My grandmother was my sanctuary, my source of unconditional love. Losing her physical presence marked a deeper step into my spiritual path and healing.
I followed the call to heal with sacred plants such as Ayahuasca and Jurema. In my first initiation with Jurema, opened my voice. Through this singing voice flowing through me, I saw and heard so much truth about our existence. I became fully committed to the path and healing with this plant. It opened me completely: I started to talk and communicate with the plants and spirits. At the beginning, I was not aware the spirits are part of me too. This path supported the divine and most subtle part of me to emerge and for me to live with them in consciouses connection finally. I received so much love, support and visions from the plants. Jurema and Ayahuasca were my Joda teachers.
In one ceremony, I remember seeing a group of us walking through the jungle as some of the last voice carriers—supporters of life—with the awareness that we must connect and contribute to protect life on this planet and bring forth the trust of who we are and “understanding” of a better way of living as humans. In the distance, a new dawn was rising. Many journeys were shown to me, but that’s not what matters now. What matters is that I heard that the time had come to create new structures within our systems that would replace the old and spark a revolution of awakening from the inside out. I founded the New Dawn Institute and became a voice of the New Dawn.
I left the “family” of Jurema because I was looking for a space where I could live even more fully in alignment with awareness and my soul’s calling. The values I felt must be followed collectively or at least for my soul, which whispered to me daily: Show yourself. You are not alone. What you hear is true. The world needs you to step forward.
I wasn’t initially ready, even though I quickly knew my purpose. Seven years ago, I heard a voice within: that I would create a portal for Slovenia. It took years to begin the first steps. The portal New Dawn Slovenia unites all the people I encountered on my journey, whose work I trust. I want to bring together friends, healers, and people who want to help and support personal and collective healing for future generations. They mostly work for the highest good of us all, even if we do not know everything, but we follow our heart and soul callings.
VISIONS AND THEIR MANIFESTATION
Two years ago, I had an evident vision and drew a code I could best translate into form: “Unified Planet Earth Citizens.” I heard: Earthlings must unite—not in a way that erases cultural or racial differences, but quite the opposite. United Earth citizens cherish all forms of life on Earth, especially diversity. That is the key and the first step to the maturity of our civilization. Only then, intergalactic shall open. That was the message I heard. In my mind I understand we will start to walk as collective, with humility, devotion and all love for life together.
I began painting source light codes after I tattooed the second one at the base of my spine; my first one is tattooed on my chest ( and it is a form of temple I am called to put in form in my retreat center)—an activation was made and source light code was drawn by my soul sister Kaya Kaliani. I found the courage to speak the original light language in the safe space held by Maja Metličar, where I journeyed for years and met other code keepers worldwide.
ABOUT THE RETREAT CENTER
The final piece I’ve been developing since 2019 is the retreat center. After my last Jurema retreat in Tenerife with Italian and Slovenian seekers, I had a powerful healing experience. Under Grandfather Teide (the volcano), I again faced unbearable pain. I received the clear message that we must meet the whales.
The whale guide said we might not see them. But I was connected to them telepathically, and I felt no need to say, “Of course we will.” And they came—an entire family surrounded our boat. We cried. They slept around us. They accepted us as part of their family. With their presence, they transmitted light codes for new ways of being. I received the message: “Create the plan, it is already manifested.” It took three more years until I was ready and began drawing a real plan with the architect, Doroteja Horvat, for the retreat center. Since then, we are creating the architectural plan for the retreat center, which will hold the mission of the Unified Plant Earth Citizens. On January 2025, the light source code for the center arrived.
Five years ago, my heart shattered for the last time. Overnight, I lost everything I believed in and loved, except for my wonderful daughter. Her life was the only reason I didn’t leave this world, despite the unbearable pain I had to feel to continue healing. Yes, my path, which I began at sixteen, started far too early. And through life up to the age of 42, I repeatedly encountered abuse and unconscious self-abuse on all levels (sexual, spiritual, mental, emotional).
I also grew up in a home with my grandfather, who was an alcoholic—very heavy energies for a sensitive soul like mine. I inherited many patterns, I am aware I have many convictions that do not support me, including not supportive DNA records, and that is why I was called to transform to the path of transformation for all of it. In the same year, I found an exceptional soul and teacher, Tadeja Bradaš, my human Yoda teacher and began the path of non-dual spiritual healing.
MY SOUL MAN
Three years ago, I called for souls to help me build a tepee by the river where I lived. I showed myself in my grace and vulnerability. It was crazy because my friend put me on social platforms and told me to date Brina. I was still quite heartbroken by my last partnership. But at that time I was as well right finishing a program with two man coaches for polarity, Mark Binet and Zak Rodde, David Miller – “Relationship of my dreams”, and I said, what the hell, I need to train what I learned. After the first date, I just said, ” Phew, I will not go on any coffee anymore. I had had enough. I said very clearly that the man for me will come to me. And he did. The next day, I revived a contact from my now husband. He stayed, embraced me, truly stood by me with everything crazy that I am, and started to walk the path of healing in non-dual awareness with me.
We are practising healing, coping, and learning to walk again. I genuinely love him for everything he is, and my faith in him is full of love, loyalty, and trust. We are creators of The NEW Dawn together today. Uroš supports me and is creating our portal platform and its brands. We found each other in our lives for something greater and are deeply aware of it, following our paths and supporting each other in healing ancestral and family wounds. We are here to create and live a meaningful life with our soul brothers and sisters and soul family, and so it is.
MY REASON FOR NEW DAWN SLOVENIA?
The reason is simple—I have always felt guided by something inside and outside of me, a force I think in my heart. I have always felt deeply. And my spirit was just always so, so curious that nothing could stop me.
So, I can support all souls who need to believe that there is something greater in their lives—something they can live and become part of in co-creating a safer, healthier world for themselves and others.
So we can be connected and support each other on this journey. So that all souls who feel different can also step onto their path and live their dreams.

He is currently a student of non-dual healing and the keeper of New Dawn container, taking care of the growth, connection and manifestation of our vision. With a deep understanding of human potential, Uroš has developed the methods “Time Hacking” and “Identity Circle” to help individuals and businesses achieve greater efficiency and success. He is a leader, coach, speaker, and facilitator, guiding people in both personal and professional development. Uroš believes that a fulfilling life is achieved by aligning with one’s true self and living in the present moment.
